"Advanced Cycling Dynamics" in the Gamrin Rally pedal measures more than just power and cadence. Taking data from both your left and right leg separately allows these pedals to provide comprehensive feedback, meaning you can tailor your training based on specific strengths and weaknesses.
The Garmin Rally RS200 is compatible with Shimano SPD-SL cleats, meaning it's comfortable, reliable and easy to source spare cleats. Plus the battery life lasts up to 120 hours, so these pedals offer excellent practicality as well as unrivalled performance insights.
You can track time in and out of the saddle, understand where you're producing power in each pedal stroke and and accurately dial in your cleat position by understanding where power transfer is going.
The RS200 pedal is compatible with Garmin Edge computers, the Garmin Connect app and Tacx smart trainers; providing an end to end training solution.
