Click and Collect at Rutland Cycling
We want to make shopping with Rutland Cycling as convenient and easy as possible. We now offer Collect+ delivery to over 5500 local convenience stores as well as free Click &Collect from all of our own stores - this now includes a click and collect service at our Giant Stores, where you can collect all your Giant bike and accessory orders.
Please note, some bike brands are excluded from Click & Collect at Giant. These include Specialized, Scott, Cube and Cannondale. These can be collected from our other nearby stores.
DPD Local Pickup
DPD Local Pickup is a nationwide service with thousands of local stores, open late and at the weekend, where we’ll deliver your order within 24 hours from despatch for FREE on orders over £20 and £2.99 on orders below £20.
When purchasing your item from us, simply choose the DPD Local Pickup option and choose to have the item delivered to your local DPD Local store.
Free Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with an award winning retail experience in one of our stores. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that's convenient for you. Best of all the service is completely FREE!
- Add your items to your basket
Use our website to browse our catalogue of products with stock availability. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket like you usually would.
- Checkout using Click & Collect
Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find your closest store.
- Choose the store of your choice
Choose a store of your liking, click continue and complete the rest of our standard checkout steps.
- Collect your goods
Once your order has been received, your chosen store will carefully source and prepare your goods for collection. Once ready, the store will contact you to confirm that the items are ready to collect. When collecting your order, you will need to bring three forms of ID; one photo ID, one proof of address (dated within 3 months) and one other.
Frequently Asked Questions
For items in stock at the chosen collection store, we will have your item ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
For items which are at our warehouse or another store your order will be ready to collect within 6 working days.
If you order a bike we will contact you and arrange a collection appointment. Some bikes go through a PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) delivered by one of our Cytech accredited mechanics, this means that getting your bike ready for collection may take a little longer (information on which bikes this applies to can be found on the product page).
For every order we will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If you’ve ordered a bike we will contact you once you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.
Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving license), and proof of address.
We will hold your order in store for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the store to collect your order please feel free to contact the collection store and we will happily extend this time where possible.
