We are pleased to offer Rutland Cycling customers free parking, right outside our main Ham Lane shop. For cycle hire customers parking at the Lakeside car park within Ferry Meadows, the Nene Park Trust do charge a small car park fee, to help keep the area clean, safe and tidy for all visitors.

Peterborough Bike Shop
Located at the entrance to Ferry Meadows Country Park, our purpose-built store houses our full range of cycling services, including sales, servicing, cycle hire, custom build and Retül Fit.
You'll find all the top bike brands in one place, with over 250 bikes on display from Specialized, Giant, Cube, SCOTT, Whyte, Frog and more.
Ferry Meadows Cycle Hire Centre
Our Peterborough Cycle Hire Centre is located at Lakeside, Ferry Meadows, just 5 minutes away from our Orton Meadows store. The bike hire centre is open at weekends and during school holidays, including half terms.
Ferry Meadows is Peterborough's most picturesque cycling destination and a winner of TripAdvisor's certificate of excellence. and banks of the River Nene, picnic on the parkland, get a spotter sheet for the kids, go bug hunting, try water sports, catch the Nene Valley Steam Railway... then relax in one of the many cafés and restaurants.
Choose from our famous fleet of mountain, hybrid and comfort bikes - or for twice the fun, why not try a tandem? Little ones can come along in a child seat, trailer or tag-a-long.
