The GA2 Fat is the big brother of the extremely popular GA2 all-mountain grips, it is a perfect solution for riders who have larger hands or riders who like to ride with a larger grip. Compared to the standard GA2 the GA2 Fat also provides more cushioning, more control, comfort and therefore more fun!
The GA2 Fat has been designed for riders with larger hands without compromising the advantages of the basic model. The GA2 has been a success story for the product developers by keeping all of the great advantages whilst combining a larger circumference and even more damping, it also requires lower gripping forces. When mountain biking, a large amount of the upper body weight rests on the handlebars. This can irritate the nerves in the hand, resulting in numbness and pain. The GA2 is gentle on the nerves by proving a far outside grip area.
The grippy rubber from Ergon guarantees you have the best control over the bile. This is a result of the internal aluminium clamps, it ensures you have space across the entire width. The GA2 grips could be characterised by: minimal friction, extra cushioning, maximum grip.
