The Details
A helmet built for speed, the Oakley ARO5 Road Helmet is highly aerodynamic and lightweight, allowing you to zip through the air and fly up the climbs. The helmet also features a MIPS protection system which works to reduce the rotational motion transferred to the brain on heavy impacts.
An eyewear dock also comes in handy if you need to take off your shades when climbing, whilst a BOA 360 fit system ensures that the TX1 lace lies flat against your head for superb comfort and eyewear compatibility. Oakley have also designed the helmet with X-Static Brow Padding which uses silver to inhibit the growth of bacteria on fabric in order to eliminate odour and keep the helmet fresh.
