True to ION's perfect mixture of grip, durability, usability and style their Scrub AMP flat pedal shoes keep evolving.
Using the Pin Tonic 2.0 sole they have developed a shoe to keep you happy through endless runs, all day long.
Add to that new outsole profile features and positive treads in the forefoot and heel area for perfect traction while pushing or carrying your bike.The negative profile of the sole offers the perfect grip and space for the pins while riding.
The SUPTraction rubber compound is stickier, but the cushiony EVA midsole and comfy insole are carried over from previous designs. As grip is just a part of power transmission the very front toe area features a lower shape to get maximum contact on the pedal. All finished with protection against rocks and roots in the toe area and ankle pads for protection against contact with the cranks.

1. When deciding what size cycling shoes to get, go with your normal shoe size, as cycling shoes typically run true to size. However, if you’re normally between sizes, for example sometimes you go with a 9 and sometimes a 9.5, it’s recommended that you size up.
2. The best time to measure your feet, or to try shoes on is in the afternoon, as this is when they will be at their largest due to your feet naturally tending to swell throughout the day.
3. Cycling shoes are intended to wrap snuggly around the foot as they have been designed with a specific purpose in mind—pedaling. The goal is to try and provide as much lower leg and arch stability as possible and provide you with a stable pedaling platform.
4. With the cycling industry largely originating in Europe, European sizing is the typical standard. The best way to figure out a specific brand size is use a that brand’s conversion chart. However, below is general sizing conversion chart based off conventional UK shoe sizing.
