The Details

The Muc-Off eBike Drivetrain Tool makes cleaning of your the chain on your eBike straightforward. You'll know that when you spin the cranks backwards, only the cranks spin and not the chain. This can make trying to clean your drivetrain a right pain.

The Drivetrain tool from Muc-Off contains a precision machined, magnetic body which you insert one of three different sized tool bits into. This fits straight onto one of your chainring bolts, but without pushing through and potentially damaging your ebike motor. Then when you spin the cranks backwards, the crank catches on the Muc-Off tool which is covered in a protective silicone sleeve to prevent damage. This causes the chainrings to move backwards with the cranks and thus letting you clean your chain. Simple, but effective.

The kit includes a lanyard and a carabiner clip so you can keep the tool on hand for whenever your drivetrain need a good clean.

Our Verdict
