Hamax have designed the Caress child seat with a number of innovative features. Shock absorption has been fitted to provide a smoother ride, and a helmet recess has been fitted meaning that your child can ride safely and comfortably. A knob can also be used to adjust the angle of the seat, with a recline of up to 20 degrees possible. The angle can even be adjusted whilst riding so that your child can gain access to a number of different sleep options and you can ride in peace.
Furthermore, the helmet recess can be adjusted with a sliding backrest so that the seat can be enjoyed as the child grows. The seat has also been fitted with reflectors meaning that you can ride safely at night. Hamax have included extensive features to ensure that your child's comfort will never be compromised. Hamax have fitted integrated padding, a harness with shoulder paddings and even a footrest system.
The Caress mounts onto a bicycle pannier rack that is between 120 and 180mm in width and 10 to 20mm in diameter and the Caress is suitable for children aged roughly 9 months up (providing them can support their own head) until they weigh 22kg.
