An elegant and secure method (more secure than your home tape bodge!) of strapping a spare MTB inner tube under your SWAT compatible saddle.
There's a simple velcro strap and separate segments for a tube, CO2 and tyre levers. Ideal access to everything in the event of a flat when you just wanna fix it asap.
