The Details
The ANGI crash sensor pairs with Specialized's Ride App (available on both iOS and Android devices) and if the ANGi Sensor detects a crash, it commences a countdown that, if you’re alright, you can stop and carry on riding. If the countdown isn't stopped, ANGi will realise that you are in need of help and will send an alert to pre-selected contacts with your last known location along with a message to let them know you need assistance.
ANGi can even help out when there is limited phone signal. If you know part/all of your ride will be without signal, then set your predicted ride time before you start and as long as you have signal when setting off, if you don't complete the ride within the timeframe your contacts will be alerted and sent your last uploaded location.
