Combining classic materials with state of the art technology, the Vaypor + by Bont is a luxury road shoe, built to enhance your performance.
The Design of the vaypor + incorporates lux materials with outstanding design to acheive the best performance shoe. Luxurious yet uncompromising strength of a kangaroo leather upper is used alongside supple cow hide internal lining. Bont Cycling’s industry leading carbon technology ensures highest strength to weight ratio and lowest stack height. The anatomical perfection of Bont Cycling’s last ensures an accurate and correct fitIP1 BOA dials are utilized on the Vaypor+. BOA’s premium series dial offers dual directional micro adjustability and quick release functionality.
The toe protector not only protects the front area of the shoe from wheel rub and impact, but also houses ventilation holes for improving airflow through the shoe.
The Vaypor+ is highly ventilated with integrated air vents on the front bumper providing direct airflow into the shoe along with perforated upper and tongue to maximise breathability.
Between the outer leather and the liner Bont has added a material to prevent the cycling shoe from stretching over time. This material has similar strength characteristics to Kevlar. The material is stitched to the outer leather and bonded to the liner so it can never move or be removed, it becomes part of the cycling shoes structure. This layer assits in pedalling efficiency by maintaining a supportive structure over the top of the foot in the upward part of the pedal stroke.
The Vaypor+ utilises closed cell memory foam that will not retain water assisting in maintaining a lighter shoe during wet conditions as well as ensuring sweat which can begin to break down the durability of the shoe is not absorbed.
The anatomical heel cup shaping of Bont cycling shoes provides increased stability during the pull through stage of pedaling stroke and up stroke. This stabilization is achieved without any mechanical operation or over tightening of straps/laces allowing for increased comfort and blood circulation.
Bont’s lateral forefoot support ensures neutral positioning of the forefoot and alleviates common issues associated with over pronation and supination. These issues often result in incorrect tracking of knees causing injuries along with hip and lower back pain.

1. When deciding what size cycling shoes to get, go with your normal shoe size, as cycling shoes typically run true to size. However, if you’re normally between sizes, for example sometimes you go with a 9 and sometimes a 9.5, it’s recommended that you size up.
2. The best time to measure your feet, or to try shoes on is in the afternoon, as this is when they will be at their largest due to your feet naturally tending to swell throughout the day.
3. Cycling shoes are intended to wrap snuggly around the foot as they have been designed with a specific purpose in mind—pedaling. The goal is to try and provide as much lower leg and arch stability as possible and provide you with a stable pedaling platform.
4. With the cycling industry largely originating in Europe, European sizing is the typical standard. The best way to figure out a specific brand size is use a that brand’s conversion chart. However, below is general sizing conversion chart based off conventional UK shoe sizing.
