The Details
The Frog Road 53 is a lightweight bike designed for a growing child and combines a light alloy frame with child-specific road components. This bike has a lightweight but sturdy frame making the bike easy to manoeuvre for your child and easy for you to carry.
The Frog 53 is perfect for ages 5-7 and features FrogFitTechnology® youth-specific 8-speed gear shifters Tektro brakes with small, easy to reach brake levers, which provides better control and improved confidence for young riders. Tektro brakes offer powerful, controlled braking, so your child will increase in confidence knowing that the bike will safely stop on the rainiest of days.
This bike has a lower positioned bottom bracket to achieve a more ergonomic position on the bike. This new frame has a longer steerer tube which includes a 10mm spacer on top of the stem. This allows room to move the handlebars into a higher position as your child grow.
