The Details
The Calendionan features a stiff and lightweight alloy frame which will allow you to make light work of hills and accelerate quickly away from traffic lights. The frame has been equipped with an 11-speed Shimano Deore gear system which provides a wide range of gearing as well as being fast and reliable.
Whyte have ensured that riders can enjoy a bump-free ride on the Calendonian V4. An SR Suntour NCX-D suspension fork with 63mm of travel soaks up the bumps so that you can cruise round town, whilst the Schwalbe Road Cruiser tyres help to absorb smaller vibrations for increased comfort on contact areas.
Safety has been optimised with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes which offer smooth and controlled braking in both the wet and the dry, whilst an integrated kickstand mount allows you to leave the bike upright whenever you need to stop and take a break.
