The newly named Brompton C line Urban is lighter to ride and carry than all other C Line models. Those that are up and down stairs, walking along platforms and in and out of lifts, will appreciate the bike’s lower weight.
The C Line Urban features a simple 2-speed groupset which means a flexible, easy to maintain, and the lightest gearing option available. One gear for hills and setting off from the traffic lights, one for cruising.
As with any Brompton, the C Line Urban can be folded and unfolded in moments allowing for easy movement on and off public transport. Taking mere moments to set up, you'll be up and running before you know it. Even in the rain, the Brompton C Line Urban comes fitted with mudguards as standard to keep your legs and back dry even when the roads get wet.
With H-Type handlebars, the C Line Urban shares the same design as the classic M, but just at an elevated height. Taller riders will find this offers a more neutral position and anyone shorter will feel close to upright, similar in style to a traditional Dutch bike.

How do I measure my height?
With your shoes off, stand upright against a wall, with your shoulders back and legs together. Use a pencil to make a small mark on the wall above your head – make sure you hold the pencil parallel to the floor. Then measure from the floor to your mark, in centimetres or feet and inches.
How do I measure my inside leg length?
With your shoes off, stand upright with your back against a wall. Place a book/ruler between your legs, level with your crotch. Then measure from the floor to the top of the book/ruler, in centimetres or feet and inches (it’s easier if a friend helps).
