RRP EnduroGuard Mudguard - Large

Simple is best. RRP's EnduroGuard is the simplest solution we've seen to stopping spray from finding its way to your face. With its unique lightweight design, the EnduroGuard can be used on either the front or rear of your bike to protect both you and your bike from corrosive debris from the trail.

A unique feature of the RRP EnduroGuard is Seal Guard, this enhanced bulge is specifically designed to provide extra protection for the seals of your forks and is one of the easiest ways to prolong the life of your fork seals.

Large Size

Offering greater protection for longer travel forks from 130mm to 200mm. The Fork Brace is normally further away from the stanchions on long travel forks so the RRP EnduroGuard has custom holes more suitable for larger forks for a snug fit.

Front or Rear Compatible

EnduroGuard is designed as both a front and rear mudguard and is adapted to do both jobs extremely well.

Front

When mounted to the front, the T shape of the RRP EnduroGuard is designed to wrap around the fork leg for a solid and neater fit. A wider curve with a flat rear end offers maximum protection and large frame clearance when compared to a simple symmetrical curve.

Rear

Using the two snap off holes, you can rotate the EnduroGuard to fit the rear of your bike, this allows a much better fit. You can still use the standard mounting holes if your bike uses a dropped rear brace.

Seal Guard

An additional bulge has been added to the RRP EnduroGuard to offer additional protection for your fork seals against the relentless attack from spray and mud without ruining the mudguards fit or aesthetics and is key to prolonging the life of your fork seals.

Graphics

RRP EnduroGuards are available in a wide range of colours with cool looking 2 tone screen printed graphics for long lasting looks. RRP's awesome Evil Eyes logo is featured on the front to finish off the look of the mudguards nicely.

Material

RRP took the more expensive route by opting for a custom thickness of polypropylene for boosted performance by making the EnduroGuard the perfect thickness for impressive durability and quality feel with the flexibility needed to fit snugly to your forks.

Zip Ties

All RRP EnduroGuard come with bright white zip ties in custom lengths that disappear when mounted to white forks while still offering a nice colour contrast when used on other coloured forks. We think these look great but the EnduroGuard is compatible with any Zip Ties and can easily be replaced with a colour of your choice.

Fitting

We recommend you warm the stickers on the EnduroGuard to reduce the amount of adhesive left behind and use soap and water to remove any residue for the perfect look.

Front Fitting

1. Remove the 4 zip ties supplied and insert them into all the holes as shown below

2. Bend and slide mudguard into position from the front

3. Loosely fasten up the top zip ties around the fork brace first then the legs

4. Centralise and then tighten up the top zip ties REAL tight so it won't move

5. Rotate the bottom zip ties until you get the desired angle and then tighten

6. Cut off any excess from the zip ties and rotate them out of the way

Rear Fitting

1. Remove the snap-off holes either side of RRP logo as highlighted in red below 

2. Loosely attach the zip ties to the rear stays and brace

3. Align to give you the correct tyre clearance 

4. Now do up all the zip ties REAL tight
